Our Process

Inquire

So, you’ve checked out our website and learned more about the services we offer and are interested in getting a quote from us for your special event! Just click on the Request a Quote link found on our website and you’ll be taken to our Event Quote Inquiry Form (on Google Forms). 

Simply fill out the Event Quote Inquiry Form. Be sure to include all the information requested, this will help us prepare the most accurate quote for you and submit it in a timely manner (within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your inquiry). 

 

Quote & Booking

Once we have received your quote inquiry, we will prepare a Customized (Everything But the Booze) Estimate and email it to you (within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your inquiry). Review it carefully and let us know if you have any questions - you can contact us by email or phone. 

Deposit Payment

Deposit Payment is due by the expiration date listed on the estimate and is required to secure your event date. Reservation of event date is on a first come first serve basis. The remaining balance will be due no later than 48 hours prior to your event. For your convenience, payments can be made online. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If client cancels 30 days or more from the event date Salud N Sip, LLC will refund client the full deposit amount (minus a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount). 

If client cancels 29 to 14 days prior to event date Salud N Sip, LLC will refund client 50% of the deposit amount. 

If client cancels within 13 days of event date deposit is nonrefundable. 

Salud N Sip, LLC reserves the right to cancel services at any time. In the event Salud N Sip, LLC cannot provide services and cancels at any time prior to event date, client will receive a full refund of deposit. 

 

Consultation

Leading up to your event date, we will begin finalizing your details. We will provided you with a complimentary liquor purchase recommendation form outlining all the liquor brand and quantities we recommend you purchase for the specific mobile bartending service option you have selected. You can purchase this liquor wherever you choose. Check with your liquor retailer as you may have the ability to return anything unopened. We will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

 

Event Day: Salud!

Approximately two hours before the event, we’ll show up to set up the mobile bar service area. Please be sure to provide us with any liquor you are providing at the time of our arrival (no later than two hours prior to the start of the event). If wine or beer is being served this will also allow us plenty of time to ice and chill those beverages. During this time, we will also setup any additional decor options you may have selected. 

 

The End

Once your event is finished our staff will pack the remaining liquor for you and ensure a thorough cleaning of the mobile bar area. Our goal is to provide a memorable mobile bartending service experience for your special event with delicious cocktails and amazing customer service so that Salud N Sip will become the preferred Mobile Bartending Service for all your future events!
